GENERAL RULES FOR RETURNS

  • All returns must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase;
  • Proof of purchase must be provided;
  • The product must be in its original packaging.

 

HOW TO RETURN MY PRODUCT?

  1. Contact customer service at your branch
  2. Wait for the return number that we will send you.
  3. Send the products to be returned along with a copy of your invoice.
  4. Return the merchandise to us in the original, sealed, undamaged packaging. ? (Do not stick labels or write on the products directly)

  • Special orders
  • Personalized prints
  • Headphones (hygiene)
  • No returns / defects on all Brother and Dymo branded products? Must contact the supplier directly? (Brother: 1 877-BROTHER / Dymo: 1 800-668-4575)
  • Printing supplies that are not in their intact sealed packaging.

GUARANTEES

We honor all of the warranty policies of our suppliers. Defective items may be replaced or repaired, according to the manufacturer's policies or guidelines. In some cases, customers must contact the manufacturer's customer service department themselves. Contact us for more information on a specific product. Note that a return under warranty cannot be refunded, only replaced.

Merchandise return

If you have any questions about returning merchandise, contact our customer service department at 1 800 790-5531. If you are not satisfied with your order, Gyva Boutique du bureau can refund or exchange the items ordered. Items must be intact, in their original packaging and returned within 30 days of the date of delivery.

The costs related to the return of the goods are assumed by the customers except:

• if the item is faulty
• if we made a mistake in the order.

In these cases, we will send a carrier to pick up the goods from your home or office. We will bear the cost of ordering the items we replace.
